Tanjung jagog sea waterfall
Tanjung jagog located in nambung hamlet pengantap village subdistrict of sekotong west lombok regency. This place getting popular because it has unique big rock walls that break big weaves that come from Indian ocean, it creates waterfall when the waves hit and pass the rock and the water flowing to the inside of the rock walls.
Narmada Park is a park that was built in 1727 by the king of Mataram Lombok. It was built as a replica of mount Rinjani with its crater lake and aimed to be place to hold Mulang pekelem ceremony, a virtual ceremony that was annually held in the crater lake of mount Rinjani. When the King was getting old and could not able to do climbing then he built Narmada as miniature of the mountain that will enable him remain observe and follow the ritual although only from the replica crater lake of this park.
Mayura water palace
Mayura water palace was built around 1744 by King A.A. Made Ngurah Karangasem and was once a part of Balinese kingdom’s royal court in Lombok. It consists of a large artificial lake with a floating pavilion in the center connected to the shoreline by a raised-footpath. This pavilion was used as a meeting place and court of justice during the reign of Balinese kingdom in Lombok.
At gunung pengsong
Gunung Pengsong is a hill located in west Lombok regency. On top of the hill there is a Balinese Hindu temple that can be reached by climb up the hill through concrete steps heading to the top. It is said the temple was built in 1514 by Ida Betare Wayan Sebali a Hindu priest that come from Geria Pendem Karang Asem east part of Bali. Pusuk monkey forest
Pusuk monkey forest is located in a lush tropical hill forest shared area between West Lombok and North Lombok Regency. The area is passed by winding road that forming main road connects north and south part of Lombok. The hill forest is protected natural reserve and a natural habitat of grey monkey known mostly as macaque where they have been quite tame and accustomed with people. They can be seen along the road and can be fed to attract them come closer. So don’t forget to take some food if you want to visit this place.
